This policy explains how Plybook ("we") handles your personal data. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

• Email address you submit on our site — to send you the free sample you requested and, with your consent, occasional related emails about the product. Legal basis: consent.
• Basic analytics (page views) via a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. No tracking cookies, no cross-site profiling.
• If you buy, payment is processed by our reseller (see below); we do not store your card details.

Processors we use

• MailerLite — email delivery and list management.
• Lemon Squeezy — acts as Merchant of Record / reseller for purchases and handles payment and applicable VAT.
• Vercel/Cloudflare — website hosting.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed within 30 days.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing hello@REPLACE_DOMAIN. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
